A Successful Implant Open Day: 16th & 17th May

We were delighted to welcome patients to our recent Implant Open Days, held on the 16th and 17th of May at the practice. Across the two days, we had the pleasure of meeting around 50 patients, all interested in learning more about how dental implants can transform their smiles—and their confidence. 

Our Implant Open Day was designed to give patients a relaxed, informative, and pressure-free introduction to dental implant treatment. From the moment they arrived, patients were welcomed by our friendly team and guided through every step of the journey. 

Each visit included: 

• A personalised consultation with our experienced implant clinician 

• Dedicated time with our Treatment Coordinator, who helped guide patients through the process  

• An opportunity to discuss individual concerns and smile goals  

• A comprehensive assessment, including suitability for implants  

• Clear explanations of treatment options, timelines, and costs  

We aimed to ensure every patient left feeling informed, reassured, and confident about their next steps. 

The Patient Journey 

One of the highlights of the event was being able to walk patients through the full implant journey, helping them understand exactly what to expect.

1. Initial Consultation
   Patients began with a one-to-one discussion, where we explored their dental history, expectations, and any concerns with Dr. Devang Patel, our experienced Implant surgeon.
2. Meeting the Treatment Coordinator
   A key part of the experience was time spent with our Treatment Coordinator, Mariyam, who played an essential role in supporting patients throughout their journey. They provided a friendly, approachable point of contact—helping to explain treatment plans in more detail, discuss costs and finance options, and answer any questions patients may have felt unsure asking in a clinical setting. This extra layer of support ensured patients felt comfortable, informed, and fully supported.
3. Assessment & Planning
   Using clinical expertise and diagnostic tools, we assessed whether implants were the right solution. Patients were guided through the process in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
4. Treatment Overview
   We explained how implants work, the stages involved, healing time, and long-term benefits—ensuring complete transparency.
5. Ongoing Support
   From consultation through to aftercare, both our clinical team and Treatment Coordinator are there every step of the way—ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience.
    

A Fantastic Turnout 

We were thrilled to have around 50 patients booked in over the two days. The strong interest highlights just how many people are looking for reliable, long-term solutions to missing teeth. 

The atmosphere throughout the event was warm and welcoming, with plenty of great conversations, questions, and positive feedback from attendees.
