I have had a lovely experience here. The staff is friendly and well organised. I would like to recognise the incredible work the nurses do here. They are very well trained and put in a lot of effort to put you at ease and to make you comfortable. The dentists are experienced and very skilled as well. I am looking forward to my followup appointment for a implant in March. Thank you for making me feel comfortable as I find dental treatments very stressful.

I had an amazing experience at this dental care practice from start to finish. The clinic is clean, modern, and super welcoming, and the whole team made me feel comfortable right away. I especially want to shout out Nurse Mya, who went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, explained everything clearly, and made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel easy and calm. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a dental practice. I had to book an emergency appointment today because of an abscess (on a friday, so was really worried about not being able to see anyone until monday) and since my usual dentist couldn’t fit me in, I tried Parkview who booked me in straight away under the nhs, treated me, prescribed antibiotics and booked me in for a follow up. Everyone was really efficient, polite and friendly, I am a nervous patient and the atmosphere is very calming overlooking the park. I had such a great experience that now I will be switching dentist! First time I’ve had Cici and she was fantastic! She was doing a temporary repair for me and explained what her proposed fix was (with a diagram) told me the likelihood of success and gave me time to ask questions. She then did the fix, and checked if I had any more questions. I’m not a nervous patient but if I was I think I would be really reassured by her approach. Treating someone that quickly but giving them time to think and ask questions is a real skill.

I am lucky enough to have Ci Ci as my dentist. I am a very anxious client but as soon as I see her I become more comfortable. Unfortunately due to not being able to find a dentist for 6years because of disabilities and also a shortage I was very lucky to have received a phone call to offer me a an appointment. I had to have a tooth removed but Ci Ci kept talking to me about what she was going to do and was very patient with me. I had no need to worry though as I didn’t feel a thing!!! I look forward to seeing her in 6 months time! If you are at all concerned about visiting a dentist I would highly recommend Ci Ci and Park View!

I visited this dental clinic for a teeth whitening treatment with Dr. Cici. She was incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to explain how to properly care for my teeth. What touched me the most was that even during her time off on holiday, she still responded to my questions. Dr. Cici is someone I wholeheartedly recommend — she’s extremely responsible and, without a doubt, the best doctor I’ve ever met. When I next visit London, I’ll definitely consider getting Invisalign treatment with her.

Went to see dentist CiCi for some fillings and jet polish and so very happy with the result! Completely painless and didn’t even need local anaesthetic injections because she was so gentle. Gave me lots of breaks because I have TMJ, so my jaw gets sore after being open for a while, and didn’t rush at all - I felt like she gave me the time I needed and am so glad I have found her. She has also been doing check ups for my 1 year old and was so great with him too! And her dental nurse was very kind letting him watch cartoons on the computer whilst I was having my check up done, so we could all get through the appointment as calmly as possible. So glad I’ve found them both and happy they are now our family dentist!

I am a regular patient at Parkview and visited yesterday for my routine hygienist appointment. As always, the two girls on reception were friendly and helpful, despite being constantly busy.I saw a new (to me) hygienist and her dental assistant, both very friendly. She was so thorough and gave me the best hygienist treatment that I’ve ever had. I love my new shiny teeth and just wanted to say a massive thank you to all at Parkview. Just hope this hygienist is still there for my next hygienist appointment 🤞👏

Saw Dr Cici for an emergency appointment a few weeks ago and again today for a quick check. I was in a lot of pain and already anxious at the dentist, but she was so nice and explained what she was doing thoroughly, and was so easy to talk to! Despite my fear of the dentist, I have already booked in a 6 month check and don't feel so anxious about it now!So grateful that I was seen so quickly and given the all clear today thanks to Dr Cici's treatment! 🙏

The reception staff are very hospitable and welcoming. My dentist and nurse are always jolly and willing to detail the work, if needed, to be carried out. As most people, I am wary of the possible discomfort that can happen during a visit to a dentist but I have always been pleasantly surprised by the whole experience at Parkview Dental in Letchworth.
