• Avoid hot foods, beverages, and particularly spicy, chewy, or hard-to-eat foods for the first 72 hours.
• Refrain from flossing until the area is fully healed.
• If needed, take over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or paracetamol to manage any discomfort.
